TLV-PD Series autoclaves are specially designed for sterilizing glass, porous solids, and objects with complex geometries. On the other hand, autoclaves from the TLV-FA Series include a fast cooling system with pressure support for a quicker sterilization of liquids.

¿Qué tipo de cargas pueden esterilizar las autoclaves verticales Top line?
Todas las autoclaves tienen la capacidad de procesar plásticos, metales, vidrios, bolsas de desechos, medios de cultivo y líquidos. Para la esterilización de cargas de más complejidad como pueden ser sólidos porosos, objetos envueltos o de geometrías complejas, se recomienda optar por un modelo de la Serie AE-B, o bien, con las debidas precauciones, se puede utilizar un modelo de la Serie AE-DRY. Adicionalmente, todos los modelos pueden incorporar una sonda flexible para optimizar el procesamiento de las cargas líquidas.

Compliance with these regulatory standards is achieved through a bifurcated approach: initially, through the adaptation of the controller, and subsequently, through an external management software option. Tailored to the preferences of our customers, we offer the provision of private solutions, either locally stored to ensure utmost privacy or cloud-based hosted on our dedicated servers. In either scenario, enabling FDA-related functionalities will concurrently activate comprehensive audit trails, digital signatures, backups, and other pertinent features. Furthermore, we are equipped to extend to our clients a service for the execution of FDA/GMP compliance qualifications, applicable to both the controller and external management software.
Qué opciones de control sobre los procesos llevados a cabo en la autoclave ofrecen las autoclaves Top Line?
Por un lado existen todos los controles no digitales que incluyen la impresora integrada que imprime tickets de papel, la impresora externa que imprime pegatinas y el lector de código de barras.
Por otro lado, a nivel de repositorio digital, existen distintas formas de almacenar y gestionar los registros. Entre las opciones disponibles se incluyen el almacenamiento en la memoria del controlador, el almacenamiento en un servidor local, en una red local LIMS y el almacenamiento en la nube.

¿Qué se necesita para la instalación de una autoclave vertical Top line?
Todos los modelos requieren de una entrada de agua, una conexión de drenaje y una conexión eléctrica. Respecto a la entrada de agua, esta debe ser purificada y presurizada. En el caso de no contar con una entrada de agua purificada, deberá instalarse un purificador de agua.

¿Qué opciones existen para manejar cargas pesadas o voluminosas?
For such instances, we recommend the installation of either an integrated crane or a mobile crane, both of which facilitate easier and safer load handling. We advocate for this option as a preventative measure against accidents and occupational injuries, particularly in the case of larger autoclaves.
